I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean facilities and the private access to a pristine beach. The staff, especially Ni, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making for a relaxing getaway. However, I did experience an unfortunate incident regarding a missing item that left a negative impression on my overall stay.

I had a fantastic week at this resort, which was not only new and modern but also incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The beach and pool areas were both lovely, and the breakfast offered a great variety. Our stay at Thien Thanh Resort was fantastic! The location is perfect, near the lively Phu Quoc night market yet sufficiently distanced for privacy. The rooms were spacious and quiet—perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making our experience even better. On the downside, the poolside service could be improved, and the marble floors in the bathrooms were a bit slippery. Overall, a great place to stay!
