Thien Thanh Resort, Phu Quoc

I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean facilities and the private access to a pristine beach. The staff, especially Ni, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making for a relaxing getaway. However, I did experience an unfortunate incident regarding a missing item that left a negative impression on my overall stay.

I had a fantastic week at this resort, which was not only new and modern but also incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The beach and pool areas were both lovely, and the breakfast offered a great variety. However, I did find a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the absence of pool service and some noise from nearby nightlife.

Our stay at Thien Thanh Resort was fantastic! The location is perfect, near the lively Phu Quoc night market yet sufficiently distanced for privacy. The rooms were spacious and quiet—perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making our experience even better. On the downside, the poolside service could be improved, and the marble floors in the bathrooms were a bit slippery. Overall, a great place to stay!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean and offer a lovely view, especially at night with the squid fishing boats. The staff was superb and very helpful, though they had limited English. I enjoyed the amenities and the beach, but the dining options could use some improvement in terms of personal service at the bar.
